I bought a couch, it was delivered with one piece broken and another piece not fitting correctly. I was assured by the delivery people it would be taken care of by calling customer service. It has been 6 months, they refuse to do anything about the piece that doesn't fit properly, the broken piece just came in, and now the rest of the couch's support system is completely shot. You sit in a hole with your legs resting on the wood frame. We were told it was because it was a feather couch and it just needs to be fluffed.
