Ms.Howard was very helpful in finding what we wanted. She even called the other branch to see if what we were looking for was at their other locations. After doing that she continued to help us and we were able to find a bed,mattress, box spring and sofa .She was very helpful and professional. She made us feel comfortable and explained to us how everything would work and even when it would be delivered. She was patient with us and did not pressure us or rush us. She made us comfortable and it made me want to return whenever I might need something else in the future. I will recommend everyone I know. Keep her She does a great job at servicing the customers.
