Out of the 4 stores I went to, I found that the salesman at Metro Mattress could answer any question I had. I did my research and in fact tried to throw him a couple screwballs, even with brands that they didn't carry. The salesmen was able to explain the differences in almost every different manufacturer. Pertaining to the actual mattress purchased, I couldn't be happier with the Serta Trump bed that I ended up buying. I had severe lower back problems and through the past 2 weeks I have had the mattress, the pain has started to alleviate.

Just bought a Therapedic Kathy Ireland King Mattress. It fewlt wonderful on the showroom floor but it felt nothing like tyhe model when it was delivered. I'm now on my second one and neither comes close to the feel of the showroom model. I have complained to the Metro Matress web-site with no response at all. Bait and switch after the sale at best, phony floor models at worst. A total rip off!
