Went to Metro Mattress for a comfort exchange which we figured would be a hassle.Just the opposite. Meredith was wonderful. She took good care of us, was very pleasant and made the whole exchange painless. Our new mattress will be arriving on Monday, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Meredith
