Ordered a recliner which was missing a piece, the delivery person returned and put a piece on that didn't fit and the result left several deep scratches in my wood floor. This has been going on for months now and the lack of communication from mngmnt. and consideration for the customer is very POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL!. Also we purchased a dining room set and the screws are falling out from underneath the chairs!!
I am so DISAPPOINTED! However my sales rep Lena was attentive and has great customer service skills! If this is not resolved soon I will have to get litigation services involved, which I'd rather not do. CW
