I wanted to shop local and support small local businesses but I regret it.
If I had bought my 3 appliances from a larger retailer when 2 of 3 were problematic they would have been replaced. But, with Matus the only option was repair of these brand new fridge and stove!
My next appliances will be bought from a store that provides real customer service.

Good news - by the time this review was posted Matus reached out to me and has found a way to resolve our concerns! Very happy now and will make future purchases from them.
