If you were to take a look at this stores reviews online, you will see amazing 5 star reviews down the line for this company. Mattress Xperts was my last stop on my mattress buying experience. I had seen all the slick used car tactics one could take for one day. At the Mattress 1 store next door you had to wipe away the bugs before you tested a bed the guy with slicked back hair, who reeked of a chain smoking club promoter turned my stomach. Walking into Mattress Xperts I walked into a clean store, greeted professionally with a smile told the salesman what I was looking for and within 3 tests of a mattress he took me to exactly what I was looking to buy. The price was great, I was able to purchase pillows, sheets and protectors in a bundle deal for an added valued price. The delivery was scheduled for the next day with a 3 hour window, the delivery drivers contacted me in the morning to give me an approx time, then again 30 mins prior to delivery. The delivery people were amazing, they were in and out and made me feel like a priority to them. This family run business really knows how to treat a customer right.
