Bought a bed in late November and was told along with paperwork that expected delivery would be 12/31. No delivery so checked with Mike in January and he claimed the bed was in back order. Checked with Mattress Firm across the street and they had 12 of the same bed. Told Mike I would like a refund and he said there a policy of NO REFUNDS even if they have yet to deliver the product and the same bed is available across the street. Not good business - check the fine print and there NO REFUND policy - may cost you $$$$.
