Jay was very knowledgeable and patient as he explained to me the difference in mattresses as well as letting me test them all out, even if I laid there a bit too long on a few, he let me soak in the comfort without interruption.
I also purchased the bamboo sheets and mattress protector as Jay stated they would assist in the night sweats I currently experience.
