The sales person at this store would not honor satisfaction with the mattress. THey refused to discuss my dissatisfaction with this expensive mattress. I don't even think it is the one I purchased but no one at the store will talk to me. Normally every other mattress company will allow you thirty days to return a mattress if you are not satisfied. I spent alot of money to ease my back and this mattress is causing more back problems. I was told I would "have to get use to it" ..really? What happened to custormer service as well being honest
