Very hard to deal with, you have to get pictures, turn bed over, pictures, 5 page form, verifi springs support, pictures, tag must be intact , pictures, then they won't call you back. Simmons is hands off they say to call Mattress World - basically no help. They definatly want you to go away and forget the claim.
