Purchased king-sized mattress set on 9/29/18; received on 10/1/18; made first call relative to mattress and boxsprings sinking on 11/1/18; and after much back and forth (7 1/2 weeks - way too long), I finally received exchanged set on 12/26/18. The original first set received was not cut to standard king size measurements and because of this, the mattress and box springs immediately began to sink below the bed railings. Sadly, Mattress Warehouse does not refund at all. As far as customer service, there were too many back and forth conversations and delays in receiving a replacement mattress set, and there was one conversation with the manager in charge of delivery wherein he hung up the phone on me. Also, I tried to contact the “owner” to no avail. Replacement set immediately made creaking sounds whenever moving on bed, and now this mattress dips in the middle. Based on my experience, I feel that the mattresses and boxsprings from Mattress Warehouse are poor poor quality overall or poorly refurbished (not new).
