I was promised that the mattress I purchased on Sunday would be delivered the next Saturday. Friday afternoon I received a call stating that there is a "little backorder on the mattress & it will be delivered on the next delivery day". Spoke with the regional manager & asked why they did not know until less that 24 hours before delivery that the mattress was on backorder but I didn't get a straight answer. I was promised that it would be delivered the next Wednesday but it wasn't. I contacted the store again to ask when mattress was to be delivered & was told that there were "no deliveries today & I will give you a refund"! No " I am sorry" or" I will look in to this problem". No other solution was offered except a refund. I really don't think that this store cares about customer service. My advice- DON"T BUY FROM THERE!!!!
