This is the worse company I have ever dealt with! I’m not a complainer, however when you pay over $700 for a “Sealy” bed, you expect it to last more than a couple months. I purchased a Full size “Sealy” bed & within 2 months the boxsprings were making noises & mattress indented 1.5in, obviously a defected “Sealy”. I have been trying to deal with corporate office and local store since 11/ 2010 with no success. Now 3 months later, with many calls to “Mattress Warehouse” in PA and VA, I am still with a defected mattress, 2in indentation & broken springs. If I could only have the pleasure of a higher up manager taking 5 min of their time to call, maybe I would be sleeping better at night, or $700 in my pocket. I would advice everyone NOT buy anything from “Mattress Warehouse”. Bed quality customer service and warranty process is horrible.
