We went into MW on a Friday afternoon, after reading the Consumer's Report write up on mattresses. We met with Nelson, spent a good deal of time and learned even more. We took all the information and left (without the salesman pressure of "buying today"), so that we could give it consideration. We returned late the next day and made the purchase. Thank you, Nelson for being knowledgeable and not pushy!
