Horrible experience

I dont typically write reviews but I was incredibly disappointed. I purchased a bed to be delivered to my daughter's apartment to arrive the day she returned to school. She had recently had surgery and I wanted things to be right for her. They were to call on wed night to confirm time of delivery for Thursday. We were going to be arriving from Richmond on Thursday so we were going to coordinate time. We didnt get the call. We learned on Thursday morning that it was going to be delivered at 10 am before we could get there. They wouldn't be able to come at a later time. We told them to not deliver since we wouldn't be there and asked when it could be delivered. Initially we were told Friday maybe Saturday. We were disappointed because we were trying to coordinate getting the bed when she arrived and she was still recovering from surgery but we were going to deal with it. Later on Thursdays we were told that they wouldn't deliver until Tuesday, so my daughter would have to sleep on the floor for 5 nights. I asked if there was anything we could do or if we could get another mattress. We were told No. Thes salesperson showed no concern for our situation. I asked about getting a refund which they said they would grant but it would take 7 to 10 business days. Hopefully that will work out. We rode to another mattress store got a better deal and it was delivered that day!! So appreciative of the other store!!
