There is no refund no matter how unsatisfied you are, they give you the runaround about honoring their warranty. Their 10 year warranty means nothing they require you to take a picture of the mattress and the tag of the mattress to verify you purchased it from them. I am one unhappy customer the mattress is less than 1yr old paid in full the mattress is worn in the middle
