I was really surprised at the poor quality of delivery because of the initial impression of the sales people. The delivery truck arrived in the window of time promised but the guys delivering were sweaty and smelly. I knew it was hot outside so I thought okay but then I was told they had no idea about the removal of the bed slats because they didn’t have my paperwork. He asked if I had a drill or screwdriver so I went ahead and did the removal although I had paid $35 for that part. A coat rack was knocked off the wall and broken when one man decided to muscle the mattress in by himself. He just laughed and said sorry but became furious when I said someone needed to pay for it. He had a nasty attitude and I just called the store to report my experience because I had no intention of dealing with him as I am a 74 year old woman living alone. The person I spoke with said he was there helping out and would report it to the right people and let Dave and Judy know what happened. He said he was sure I would get a courtesy call from them. Well I didn’t and Judy seemed to think that his reporting to the supervisor was sufficient. I had to ask for my refund of the $35 which I was told I would receive but the loss of the coat rack would have to be discussed with the owner. I would never do business here again.
