If I could leave a lower review, I most certainly would!!! Judy and her staff displayed one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had to deal with! These mattresses are scratch and dent, sub-par, would be an understatement, as I've had 2 mattresses all within a year, sag more than 2”!!! These mattresses are inferior and are models that didn't pass quality control. Do yourself a favor, and “DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I MADE”, and waste your time and money here, go to a reputable mattress dealer.
