My requests for a firm mattress for an adult were completely ignored as the sold me an expensive saggy mattress that has caused severe lower back pain each night on the new mattress this week. They made me buy a mattress cover to even have any option to exchange within 30 days. Then I was told that they sold me a kids mattress or one they would only recommend for occasional use in a guest bedroom. I wouldn't recommend this for use by anyone unless you are trying to get them to leave your guestroom quickly! The Mattress Store charged me double to get a supposedly decent mattress and now stated that they won't guarantee comfort more than once. If I'm not comfortable on the new mattress, I'm out hundreds and hundreds of dollars and they don't care. Shop Costco. Stay away from these guys.
