Freddy was incredibly patient, thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and respectful, and clear when answering all my questions. I ended up with exactly what I wanted within my budget, including all the necessary add-ons. I had planned on stopping at a few mattress stores before making a final decision, but this ended up being the first and only store I stopped at because I knew I was getting exactly what I wanted/needed. I felt very taken care of.
