Bob is an excellent salesperson. He initially helped us narrow down the number of beds under consideration, helped us understand the differences and options. While we could have ordered on line and saved some money, we saved even more when we returned and bought two beds. He seemed focused on giving us the best bed for us at the right price. 5 stars!
