I was very impressed with the knowledge of the sales person, Freddy. He made me feel like he truly wanted to support my concerns about this large purchase. Additionally, he helped with sheets , pillows and correct bed size for my wife and I. We where not sure relative to a king or cal king. Freddy helped with solid reasonable information.
