We bought a mattress and after a year one side was lopsided, they had someone come out and say this mattress is abnormal, but when we were told they would not honor warranty as the bed was not on their furniture? Wtf? really they say the planks it is on is not good enough. They will get out of any warranty. We wasted over 2000 dollars and now have to buy another one after a year. You would think they would at least take another look, but they told us to basically f off. Bad bad bad service. Bad bad bad people. Very shady.
