First mattress sent was the wrong one. Next mattress wrong size. Next one not the one on the invoice. Then they didn't want to exchange it but said that they would.Sent someone to take pictures of mattress to be sure it was clean. Only took pictures of labels. Waited another day for them to come take pictures of the entire mattress...no one showed up. Never an apology to me for that. They finally came and got the pictures a few days later. I bought the first mattress on April 19th. Today...August 23, I went in and selected another mattress. I had originally picked up the first mattress instead of having it delivered to save money. When you are exchanging a mattress they make you have it delivered and charge $50. I asked them, since I had never ever had the mattress that is listed on the invoice and the length of time that it has taken for them to get this settled..the fact that they have given me three incorrect mattresses...to please waive the delivery charge. They said that they wouldn't. Wonder what I will get this time???
