I came in the store, after only doing a small amount of browsing elsewhere, and was completely opposed to Tempurpedics. The manager of the store was so knowledgeable and helpful he completely changed my mind about them. He showed me other options (pillow top, latex, and memory foam) while informing me about specifics and features of the mattresses that other stores didn't know. By the end of my experience I was sure of what I wanted and I am still happy months later with my Tempurpedic. No buyers remorse, only happiness. I send everyone I know who needs a mattress to see the helpful staff at the Harbison location of Mattress Source.
