The sample bed massage unit was very loud. I was told "this one has a problem but yours will be very quiet" so I bought the bed. It is just as noisy as the model. I called and complained to the salesman Steve, and he agreed to deliver the upgraded model to me for $200 plus $50 for the delivery (which he should be paying since he lied about the bed in the store). The day he was to deliver, he called and said the price is now $300 plus the $50 for delivery because the beds "had gone up in price". When I argued that this is not good business to raise a price after a deal is made - his answer was "just call the manufacturer and they can come fix it". This guy has not got a clue as to handle customers or customer service. He claims he is half owner of this business which I find even worse because he should be worried about customer satisfaction. Not this guy - he could care less!!!!
