Purchased in 2011 before I retired; my previous mattress lasted 22 years before it started sagging; this newly purchased one didn't last 3 years before it started sagging across the middle from right to left and spring popped out of it (the mattress; not the box spring)?? Most uncomfortable mattress I've ever purchased in all my life. It cost me $1,000.00 which I thought was expensive for something you sleep on but apparently, I was wrong. Will never shop there again--ever!!
