I haven't had this bed for even 2 years and it is already extremely creaky and we can't sleep on it without waking up with a backache!! Our receipt got destroyed by water and we can't file a claim without it!! The manager told us that our warranty is void now!!!!! Seriously?!?!?!

That seems understandable though... How many product warranties out there don't require proof of purchase?
That is very true. I forgot to mention that they REFUSED to print us another receipt!
