I called this guy after 4 months of ownership because my mattress was already dipping down from my body. I weigh 145 lbs. He said you have to rotate them every 3 months and they tell everyone that. Wrong, he didn't tell me. He says the dip will go away later after its rotated. I don't believe anything this guy says. Once you buy from him it's yours. He's got your money.

You purchased a very heavily discounted mattress over the phone. We delivered it, set it up, hauled off the old one AND exchanged the box spring because you "heard a noise" I stand behind the warranty but this is not a warranty situation. This happens when a mattress is not rotated. It is not a dip but is the beginning of body impression. I told you to rotate it and see if that corrected the issue. At no point did I say you were on your own. You wanted to trade it in on something nicer and pay the difference. We don't do trade ins as we don't sell used mattresses. I will be happy to assist you in any way possible but please be honest before posting something online.
