Went in the store on Daniels Road in Winter Garden on Monday March 18th to purchase a mattress for my son as a home warming gift moving into a new place. Met the salesman Robert, nice guy. I purchased the Addison Queen pillow top. Robert said the mattress will be delivered the next day. Tuesday the 19th, nothing. Wednesday the 20th called at 5pm and advised deliveries are done until 9pm and call back later. Called back 8:30, store closed. Thursday the 21st advised there was a mix-up. Friday the 22nd, son called and was advised they will call him when they have a delivery date. Monday the 25th, went into store, spoke with Robert advised him my son is still sleeping on the floor. He apologized, checked the computer and advised 4 mattresses are in stock and the mattress will be delivered the 26th or 27th. Well it's 9pm Wednesday the 27th, no mattress.
Bottom line, should have drove the extra 300 yards and went to Mattress Firm. Next Time I won't make the same mistake.
