Purchased a Sealy Hybrid and adjustable frame for $2800.00 based on the salesman's claim that the bed should be ample firm enough for a person of my size with a bad disc in the lower back. After eight months into owning the mattress I would wake up in severe pain. I finally got relief sleeping on my old couch. Because I was beyond my 6 months "comfort guarantee", they kept alluding to looking into the manufacturer warranty. I tried to explain that the mattress didn't have any sagging or issue that I could see and that the problem was that it was simply not firm enough. I even offered to drop the issue and buy another mattress if they could meet me half way and get me a decent deal on something more firm and they declined.
Furthermore, Sealy did absolutely nothing. I would have thought a company of their size would take some initiative to protect the consumer. In my opinion and for the lack of effort on their part to have any involvement, that they could care less about the consumer.
