Last year I ordered a mattress and had issues with the delivery and the manager was not helpful.
Got a call from the new manager of the store and he was contacting all bad reviews to help rectify the issue. He was very nice and accomodating. I had already bought my mattress, but I told him my daughter is in the market of buying a new mattress and I would highly recommend his store. They got rid of the bad apple.
