I purchased a mattress & box spring & after we got the antique bed set up we quickly discovered the combination was too thick for the antique 4 poster bed. Since the box spring was still in the plastic I received authorization from the corporate office to return the box spring & purchase a bunkie board. I was not informed or notified that I would be charged $129 for the exchange as I was expecting a refund for the difference. The cost of the box spring was $200 & the cost for the bunkie board was $ refund was issued. Had we known that we were not going to receive a refund we would have kept the box spring & used it at a later time on a different bed. Poor communication not only by the corporate office but, the store. I will not be making any future purchases from this store & suggest others look elsewhere for their purchases.
