I bought in cash a Sealy king size mattress Gratifying model With the adjustable base at the store in Coral Gables which it was delivered on Monday 7/18 at 10:45 pm. At the time I bought this set, I was promised 2 comfort pillows with other stuff by the Sales Clerk Hector; however at time of delivery, they gave me only 1 pillow. The store salesperson didn't add it to my order, even though he said in the store he "will correct it immediately and not to worry", I even wrote myself on his copy of the order receipt the number 2 under Quantity for pillows; but He didn't correct it and I didn't get what was promised when I trusted him and this store. I've been trying to contact the store with no success, even to Hector's cellphone number provided by him at the store, but hang up on me before answering. A poor service can kill the image or the quality of a product. I'm about to return this purchase, so blame the service
