Don't shop at Mattress One. These guys have more tricks than a used car dealer. We were talked into buying a bed that cost more than the one we wanted with the understanding that it could be exchanged at N/C. When we asked to exchange it they said it would cost over $3000 more. In the end it ended up costing over $400 to exchange it.
Beware of the warranty requirements. They are conveniently out of stock on mattress covers when you buy the bed. However if you stain the mattress it's your for life. Oh and BTW the manufacturer will not support you. All warranty service must go thru the dealer that is screwing you to begin with.
They rotate their sales people so when you call back a day or two later you get some one new who doesn't know anything about your situation and cant help you. They have every angle covered.
