Purchased a mattress and was told next day delivery would occur "sometime" between 10 - 4:30. That was the best they could narrow it down. When it did not arrive by 4:30 I spoke with the store manager and told him that I had wasted an entire day off waiting for this mattress and if it wasn't on its way he could cancel my order. He informed me that I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee! So I would have to pay for their pathetic delivery service. He also said he really had no way of contacting the delivery driver. Really? Ever hear of cell phones? After advising him I wasn't going to pay this company one red cent he said he would try to find out if the mattress was on its way. At 5:45 he calls back to say he doesn't know why the mattress hadn't been delivered but he would refund my order and wave the 30% restocking fee. Gee, thanks. Five days later and still no refund on my credit card account. Long story short, after two calls to the store and one to corporate office I finally called my credit card company to have them dispute the charge. The money was finally credited back to me the next day, 18 days after the initial purchase. Buying a mattress should not be this difficult or aggravating. Do yourself a BIG favor and stay away from Mattress One!
