All parts necessary for the beds was not provided at delivery. I spent 3 months trying to get the parts and kept being told the parts are being delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow never came nor did the parts. Today I was told that I have to contact the manufacturer and order the parts and once i have the parts Mattress One will send techs out to install the parts. I will never deal with Mattress One again nor do I recommend them to others.
