My wife and I had been looking for a new mattress. We went online and seen some bad reviews for a few places Mattress One being one of them. I like to see if things are real, so we went in almost expecting the worse. To a pleasant surprise we met a guy who did a real good job. John was very professional, was able to explain a lot about the mattress and just did a good job in making us feel comfortable. I thought this cant the same company I've read about online. Anyway, we had great experience. We bought a tempur pedic. It came on the day it was supposed to come and the delivery crew called before they came out. I waited to give them a review because I was looking for the EVERYTHING I'd seen online. Not true for our experience anyway
