We spoke with a salesman he told us because of where we live it's best to order online. We ordered online everything was fine paid $80 delivery charge they called to schedule for the next week. The day before delivery they asked for an extra $50 charge for delivery. When I asked for a manger I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and was told a manager was not available that they would call me back and they never did. So they decided just not to deliver our bed so when I called the next day they again would not put me in contact with any kind of manager. Cancelled our order will never use them again and will warn everyone about them!
