was sold a 12 inch king size memory foam easy rest bed from the Milwaukee store bed immediately have problems with the heat (slept hot).And the integrity of the bed was losing ground and less than a month ,it was sagging on both side. I returned bed then had to pay$ 400.00. More ! To have a bed in which I was led to belive by salesman, told me I was buying in the first place. Note I asked to use thier online coupon for a purchase over 1000.00 & was refused ! Owner said bed was already at a low price.

Don't know who this customer really is?? No John A in our sales system purchasing a Easy Rest Mattress. And From Tacoma Washington?? I think this was another Company. We have had zero issues with the quality of our Mattresses.
