Bought a latex twin xl. In the showroom tried several firmness levels. Staff didn't identity drawbacks of a plush bed vs firm or the relevance to the size of the bed. Just said 'get what you want'. Got plush twin xl as the Queen I tried seemed comfy. After a week of sleeping in it at home, I was in so much pain because it doesn't support my body and irritates injuries, and little sleep because it is like laying on jello and wiggles badly with the slightest movement. I'm a light sleeper so this is terrible for me Called the store, response was 'there's nothing we can do, it's a final sale'. Now I'm out $4000+ and sleep on the couch indefinitely because I can't afford the bed that resides in my room.
