I was able to go into the store and talk with friendly knowledgeable sales staff. He arranged for my mattress and box spring to be sent out in a very timely manner. The delivery was quick and efficient. Due to the bed frame that I had not needing a box spring I asked about returning it. No questions and no problems at all.
This great service was in addition to the fact that the mattress that I bought was significantly less expensive than at other stores I had previously looked at.
