Please don’t buy any mattress from this store . I bought one less than a year ago .It was way too costly but we wanted a firm bedding. Within a month it started sinking in one one side where I don’t spend day time on the bed as I am full time working. So I deny the possibility of body weight created a crater. Nevertheless they sent someone to inspect and they had the audacity to say ,”It’s not that bad “ for a mattress i paid 1800 dollars. Even IKEA ones are far better than mattress sold here. Even my 13 lbs baby is not comfortable and now its a trash for us . Trust me . Don't even visit them .save your time and money . I am a orthopedic physical therapist and I know these kind of mattress can be the source of back pain like how it started for me after sleeping on it . I feel cheated by them
