Juan was very helpful showing us all of the showroom models.
We asked Juan to give us time to talk about our options; he was very accommodating, and as soon as we needed him he was right there for us. He took the time to explain at length the different types of mattresses (the pros and cons) as well the value of each. He explained the warranty of each type. Very low pressure sales and pleasant experience for us.
