The Serta mattress we bought seemed fine at the store. When in use the sides caved and shifted to one side. We did move in the middle of winter so it did get a couple minor soil spots. However not effecting it's performance as a mattress. We paid $65 for and inspection. It was obviously failing. Our claim was rejected by our removing the unsightly ID tag. This tag is not for the end purchaser. It is for the retailer. They slid it into their warranty to escape responsibility. Who ever really reads the warranty. We except in good faith they will be fair. Did you read your cell phone warranty? They are just another example of corporate crooks.
