There is a disconnect between the salespeople and delivery. Customer Service is not helpful. I worried about the height of the bed when delivered, but did not realize that Tempurpedic made it so it could be different heights. When I read that I called them, and they recommended I call the store. The store would do nothing but charge more money, when they should have installed it correctly in the first place. That seems like a scam to me. They tout free delivery, but then "oh, you want it done right? that will be extra". In addition the delivery was delayed, and the delivery people were messy and left me with quite a clean up after.
