No issue with mattress itself, which was part of a $7,000.+ package. However a couple of years after purchase the adjustable base (electric) totally stopped functioning. The store was NO HELP in having it checked out. I called the big MattressLand in the sky and they were also of no help - just told me to buy another controller. I did as they suggested -$95 wasted! Back to Mattress Land and store Mgr. referred me to M L main number and I spoke to "Sam", who was unable to do anything constructive. Back to local store on Highway 59 in Merced, CA. Lots of talk, but ZERO results for better than a year -until I finally gave up being referred to someone else who was useless.
Tempur-Pedic mattress is great - it's the follow up - or lack thereof - that sucks!
And the big Mattress Land in the sky was also useless, in my opinion.
So, if you are looking to buy - try Tempur-Pedic, but skip Mattress Land stores!!
This has been some time ago, but the electric Tempur-Pedic adjustable base is still not functioning at all. My wife has medical issues that this fact makes worse - but nobody at Mattress gives a damn! So...consider buying elsewhere
so you aren't involved is this type of an issue where the seller doesn't follow through on after sale issues! (But DO consider Tempur-Pedic mattress's !)
