Kingsdown Malbec mattress sagging and needs warranty replacement.
Cannot get Kingsdown to help with mattress problem as store not an authorized dealer. Mattress cost $3,000 less than a year ago.
Store on Rogers Avenue closed. Other FSM store cannot retrieve my records and cannot help.
I should have gone to Consumer Reports and bought their picks. An expensive lesson!!!!
