Called to ask a simple question and was given a response that let me know that I was not important as a customer. Unfortunately, when I called back to complain, the person that had been rude to me was the store manager himself! He refused to give me a number or contact name for complaints. I tried calling their headquarters and was given the run-around there as well. Finally, they gave me the store owner's name and number and a time where I could reach him.
Wish I had something positive to say but this is the second instance my family has had problems with this store.
